What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We do not offer refunds or cancellations. All rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Can I change the name on a ticket or transfer it?

How do we book for a large group?
We love hosting group bookings for birthdays and special occasions. Our classes accommodate around 25 guests, and for groups of 8–10 people, the easiest way to book is through our website.

What is the age requirement for attending puppy yoga classes?
Our classes and events are open to participants aged 8 and older.
Youth Supervision Policy
- For safety, groups of three or more participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied by one guardian per child (1:1 ratio).
- Children’s birthday parties require a separate, dedicated class.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all attendees.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Don’t worry about bringing a mat — we supply one for every class.
